概述
本產(chǎn)品能夠?qū)⒁粋€(gè)進(jìn)油管均勻地分配到兩個(gè)、四個(gè)或六個(gè)出口中，使油路更加簡(jiǎn)潔通暢。
??潤(rùn)滑介質(zhì)進(jìn)入配油器的壓力腔中，通過活塞的運(yùn)動(dòng)將潤(rùn)滑介質(zhì)推動(dòng)，活塞完成循環(huán)時(shí)，就將潤(rùn)滑介質(zhì)注入到各潤(rùn)滑點(diǎn)中。若潤(rùn)滑點(diǎn)堵塞，配油器本身就立即停止。

??各出口分配比在90% 以上；正常工作壓力25MPa；壓力損耗0.4MPa；接口M10X1；若將其中的一個(gè)出油口堵塞，在10MPa范圍內(nèi)其它出口不得漏油，且分配閥自動(dòng)停止工作。

使用須知
??1、必須保證潤(rùn)滑油非常清潔。
??2、分配閥前必須裝精密過濾器。
??3、進(jìn)出口不得裝反。
??This product is able to evenly distribute oil from one sucker to two, four or six outlets, which make oil pipe dean and smooth.
??Lubricating medium goes into pressure cavity, and push lubricating medium through plunger movement.
When plunger finishes circle, lubricating point, if point jams, oil mating machine it self will stop working.
Performance and technical parameters
??Distribution percent of every outlet is more than 90%. Normal working pressure is 25MPa:Pressure damge is 04MPa:joggle M10×1:if one of the outlets is blocked, other outlets can’t leak oil in the scope of 10MPa, and distribution valve is automatically stopped to work.
